Decrying what he called “a partisan impeachment crusade,” President Donald Trump wrote a letter Tuesday to House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, accusing the California Democrat of “violating your oaths of office, breaking your allegiance to the Constitution, and ... declaring open war on American democracy.”
