1 person ejected, killed in I-75 Cobb wreck
A person was ejected and died in a crash on I-75 in Cobb County on Thursday night.
The two-vehicle collision happened on I-75 southbound at Windy Hill Road.
The person who was ejected from a vehicle was pronounced dead on the scene, Officer Alicia Chilton with Cobb police told Channel 2 Action News.
Authorities remained on the scene late Thursday and multiple lanes were shut down.
Traffic was backed up and officials recommended Cobb Parkway as an alternate route.
No other information was immediately available.
