Legislators need to address booting

Isn’t it funny how legislators want to be all up in people’s business when it comes to laws about religion or sex, but when it comes to an actual problem like booting they do nothing? We need another “religious freedom” bill like a hole in the head, but we have no time or inclination to stop people from extorting money from others by disabling their car with a clamp. In my opinion, people should be allowed to remove boots any way they see fit, including calling a “boot removal” service that comes with a rotary rescue saw and charges $25. That would be fun to watch.

Trump doesn’t need Carter’s advice

Jimmy Carter has offered his service as a mediator; does he think he knows the path which will lead to a solution to the crisis between North Korea and the United States?

I respectfully submit that President Trump advise Carter that his service is not needed; inasmuch as Jimmy Carter was one of the presidents duped by the “dear leader,” the father of the present dictator of North Korea, a duping which led to this crisis, a critical crisis, which President Trump must solve.

So that Americans of today and future generations, will be safe, President Trump cannot afford to trod the path of appeasement, Carter’s chosen path, a path which allowed North Korea to develop a nuclear warhead and delivery system.

The safety of America, the American people, and other peoples’ freedom depends upon the threat from North Korea being neutralized.

Jimmy Carter’s thinking, his path of appeasement, was faulty and failed to prevent North Korea from developing a nuclear weapon and an ICBM with which to deliver that weapon to the U.S. and the world.

Neither President Trump, nor any leader of the free world, need Carter’s advice.
