1. Homecoming parade crash: Adacia Avery Chambers, 25, will appear in court Monday morning to face charges she drove her car into a crowd of people watching a homecoming parade in Stillwater, Okla., Saturday. Four people were killed and 47 others injured. Chambers was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, but her attorney says he believes mental illness caused her to drive into the crowd.

2. Whale-watching boat sinks: At least five people died off the coast of British Columbia when a whale-watching boat sunk Sunday afternoon. Twenty-seven people were on the boat which offers tourists a chance to see humpback and Pacific Gray whales.

3. Not so many tests: In a move sure  to be cheered by students  and teachers, President Obama along with the secretary of education plan to meet with school administrators to seek limits on time spent on standardized tests. The president is expected to recommend limiting standardized exams to 2 percent of a student's time at school. Students spend about 20 to 25 hours a school year taking standardized tests now.

4. Bidens on decision: Vice President Joe Biden and his wife, Dr. Jill Biden, appeared on CBS's "60 Minutes" Sunday to talk about his decision not to run for president in 2016. Biden said he struggled with the decision following the death of his son, Beau, in May. He said, and  by the time he felt he could make a decision to run, it was too late.

5. Obamacare challenge: An appeal will be filed  Monday with the U.S. Supreme Court challenging the constitutionality of the Affordable Care Act. The Pacific Legal Foundation says the law violates the provision of the Constitution that requires bills that raise taxes to originate in the House of Representatives. According to the challenge, the ACA qualifies as a bill meant to raise tax revenue since it is expected to generate $500 billion in new taxes by 2019.

“Tonight Show” host Jimmy Fallon injured his right hand Saturday after he tripped and fell at an event at Harvard. Fallon nearly lost a finger on his left hand several months ago when he fell and caught his wedding ring on the corner of a table. Fallon had just received the Harvard Lampoon’s Elmer Award for Excellence in Humor when he turned around and fell over a woman who had bent down next to him. He landed on some broken glass.
