Father kills family: An Arizona man drove his estranged wife and three children into a lake near Phoenix Sunday, intentionally killing them all, authorities are now saying.  Glenn  Edward Baxter, 27, his wife, Danica, 24, and  their children -- Nazyiah, 2, Zariyah, 1, and Reighn, 3, -- drown when Baxter drove the family SUV  into Tempe Town Lake.

Webb as an independent: Jim Webb, the former senator who is running for the for the Democratic Party's nomination for president says he's considering running as an independent. Webb is expected to make the announcement at a Tuesday 1  p.m. (ET) press conference. According to recent polling, 2 percent of registered Democrats say they support Webb.

U.S. plane hit  in Afghanistan: A U.S. F-16 pilot was forced to make an unscheduled landing a week ago in Afghanistan when his plane was hit by small-arms fire. According to the Pentagon, one of the plane's stabilizer was damaged, but the pilot was able to return to Bagram Airfield where he landed the plane without incident.

New Canadian PM: The new prime minister of Canada has a familiar name and a lot of support. Justin  Trudeau,  son of   Canadian political icon Pierre Trudeau, was elected in a liberal landslide as his party ousted Stephen Harper's  Conservative Party after 10 years in power. Liberals received 39.5 percent of the overall vote compared to 32 percent for the Conservatives. Take  a look  below at the new prime minister when he was an 18-year-old student.

CIA director hacked: A hacker said to be  a high school student claims he gained access to the personal email accounts of the director of the CIA and the secretary of Homeland Security. The FBI is investigating the claim after online contact lists and other documents allegedly from the AOL account of CIA Director John Brennan were posted online. The hacker also posted personal information from the Comcast billing account of Jeh Johnson, secretary of  Homeland Security.

The new treat has a hazelnut center and is twice the size of a regular Hershey's Kiss. You'll have  to wait a couple of weeks to get  it. The Deluxe is set to hit store shelves on Nov. 5.
