1. Yes, Virginia, there is a ban: The Virginia attorney general announced Tuesday that his state would no longer recognized a permit to carry a concealed handgun which is issued by 25 other states. Mark Herring said he is revoking a reciprocal agreement that allows someone from other states to carry a concealed firearm in Virginia. "We hear that we don't need new gun laws, we just need to enforce the ones we have," Herring told the New York Times. "Well, I'm going to be enforcing the ones we have."

2. Hacker gets celeb IDs, scripts: A man hacked into the email accounts of more than 100 celebrities, stole their information private tapes and movie and TV scripts then tried to sell the material to a radio host, federal prosecutors said. The man, Alonzo Knowles is being held without bail after a court appearance Tuesday on criminal copyright infringement and identity theft charges. According to authorities, Knowles stole unreleased scripts, hacked email accounts and in some instances, took private sex tapes from the accounts of 130 entertainment, sports and media personalities.
3. GOP and climate control: A majority of U.S. Republicans say they support the deal hammered out in Paris recently to curb global warming. According to a poll from Reuters, Republicans who had heard of the Paris climate agreement said they approved of the efforts to control the factors that damage the environment. Fifty-eight percent said they agreed with the deal, and 40 percent said they would vote for a candidate in the presidential election who would work with other nations on the problem of global warming.
4. Graham's done with Repubs: Franklin Graham said Tuesday that he is leaving the Republican Party because a spending bill passed last week was "wasteful," and funded Planned Parenthood. Graham, son of evangelist Billy Graham, had long supported the party and its candidates, and had recently endorsed Republican candidate for president Donald Trump.
5. Ford recall: Ford is recalling more than 300,000 Crown Victorias and Mercury Grand Marquis, after lighting control modules cracked causing headlights to suddenly go out. The defect has caused 11 crashes, according to the company. The recall covers the 2003 through 2005 model years.

The Washington Post has pulled a cartoon that portrayed Sen. Ted Cruz's children as "trained monkeys." Cruz, (R-Texas), who is seeking the Republican nomination for president, called out the paper Tuesday after it published a cartoon showing Cruz dressed like Santa Claus with his daughters attached to strings and wearing red outfits looking like "trained monkeys" as Cruz said. The caption read, "Ted Cruz uses his kids as political props." The paper pulled the cartoon not long after Cruz, then fellow GOP candidate Marco Rubio, complained on Twitter

Austrian skier Marcel Hirscher just missed being hit by a camera-carrying drone Tuesday as it crashed behind him as he competed in a World Cup slalom event. Hirscher finished second in the race taking place in Madonna Di Campiglio, Italy.
