Martese Johnson, a member of UVA's Honor Committee, was arrested outside a Charlottesville, VA pub, in a bloody confrontation that was caught on video. Although some reports say a fake ID prompted the arrest, Johnson was charged with resisting arrest and profane swearing or intoxication in public.
