Tulsa police said an officer was shot Sunday after a pursuit in north Tulsa.
Police were serving a warrant on a domestic violence suspect, 35-year-old Jeremie Kelly. They saw Kelly in a vehicle and when he noticed police, he started a chase.

Kelly then exited the vehicle and continued to run. Shots were later fired and Cpl. Gene Watkins was hit one time in the leg.
It is a non-life-threatening injury and Watkins was taken to the hospital for treatment.
Officials said that Kelly shot himself after a standoff that lasted several hours. He was transported to the hospital where he died shortly after arriving.
