A body was discovered in a car of a Walmart parking lot in Brevard County and is believed to have been there for several days, Florida Today reports.

Police said the man, possibly in his late 50s or 60s, was found at 4 p.m. Wednesday in a silver Buick at a Walmart shopping plaza. Someone reportedly noticed “a strong odor and presence of insects surrounding the car,” according to Florida Today.

Investigators said the body may have been overlooked by workers and shoppers because the car had its windows rolled up and was sitting in the hot sun.

“Right now it doesn’t appear to be foul play,” said Lt. Steve Sadoff, spokesman for the Melbourne Police Department, to Florida Today.

So far, no one has claimed the body.
