A man wanted in Clayton County for various crimes has been arrested in North Carolina.

Walter Gerard Pless, 31, had been sought by the Clayton County sheriff’s office for aggravated assault, aggravated battery, kidnapping, false imprisonment, sexual battery, possession of one ounce or less of marijuana and prostitution-pimping, authorities said Friday.

The charges stem from an incident that occurred last Nov. 10 in Jonesboro, the Clayton sheriff’s office said.

Pless was caught Thursday and is being held in Greensboro, N.C., while awaiting extradition to Georgia.
