Man killed by train in Atlanta

An man was killed Thursday when he was struck by a train at Wells Street east of Metropolitan Parkway, according to Atlanta police.

Atlanta police are still investigating and the 1:45 p.m. incident. Preliminary reports said the train may have severed the victim’s legs.
