Daylight saving time begins Sunday, March 8. The time change means more daylight hours, but it also can hurt many people's sleep schedules.

Would a free iced coffee help you adjust?

Participating Dunkin' Donuts  restaurants in Georgia will help customers "spring forward" with a free 16 oz. iced coffee this Monday, March 9. And if you share a photo of yourself with your free beverage — using the special hashtag #smileforthecoffee — you will be entered to win one of two $10 Dunkin mgifts. If you forget to turn your clock ahead Sunday and are running late for work Monday, don't worry; the promotion lasts all day.

If you're not a coffee drinker, don't worry. There are other ways to cope with the loss of an hour. Here are things you should know.
