Woodstock city officials are reminding residents of changes associated with water/sewer bills going out beginning this month.

City Clerk Rhonda Pezzello said the city has changed software companies to create a citywide system putting financial statements, billing and other documents together on the same electronic “page” and the billing statement has been redesigned as a result. The online payment website has been revamped as well.

City officials also said that American Express will no longer be accepted and that new convenience fees are in effect: $2.95 per credit card transaction and $1 per debit card transaction.
