Residents, visitors and businesses in Emory Village will soon be able to have subs delivered to their door via bicycle, "freaky-fast-style."
Jimmy John's should be up and running at the long-vacant Chevron station on North Decatur Road in DeKalb County by Thanksgiving, according to the Emory Village Alliance.
The development has been a long time coming: Franchisee Jimmy Pineda has wanted to open a Jimmy John's in the neighborhood for more than six years.
This will be 14th location in the Atlanta area for Pineda and partners — and fellow former bankers — Chris Coulter and Grant Lawson. The Emory Village shop will be managed by Malcolm Large, EVA said.
