The City of Atlanta Department of Watershed Management now offers two new payment options for water and sewer customers.
Through the Atlanta Go mobile app customers can now make payments to their water and sewer bills using a tablet or smartphone. Bill payments can also be made at participating Western Union Agent locations within the Atlanta water service area — from Sandy Springs to south Fulton County. A $1.50 convenience fee is added to process payments through Western Union.
With the new Atlanta Go app customers are able to view and pay bills, receive notifications for billing due dates and view water consumption. Visit the Atlanta Watershed WebConnect bill payment portal to create an online account. The username and password created will be used to access an account with the mobile app.
The Atlanta Go app is available for download in the Google Play or iTunes Stores.
