USDA Food, Nutrition and Consumer Services Deputy Under Secretary Janey Thornton will join students for breakfast at 7:15 a.m. Monday at Lake Forest Elementary School in Sandy Springs to highlight key reforms enacted through the Healthy, Hunger-Free Kids Act of 2010. The legislation upgrades the nutritional quality of school meals this year.
