Construction has begun on a two-story townhome development that will feature master bedrooms on the main floor in Peachtree Corners. Thirty homes are planned for the 4.36-acre property located near the intersection of Medlock Bridge Road and Bankside Way.

The development named Stonington, is being built on the previous site of CC Waters Wrecker Service at 3544 Medlock Bridge Road. According to city documents, the development will have specific landscaping requirements, sidewalks, green space and set-back allowances. Constructed by Miami, Florida-based Lennar Corporation, the homes will feature two-car garages and brick exteriors.
