Jeff Morrison's tours start at Underground Atlanta, staying above ground as they make their way to the Georgia Dome, and then heading underground Here, Morrison stands between the tracks of one of the three original train lines that came into Altanta, at a place originally called the Monroe Embankment. That area is at ground level between Philips Arena and the CNN parking deck.

Morrison points out buildings on a large photo of Atlanta at the site of the Zero Mile Post, while someone holds up an old photo of the town. The Zero Mile Post marked the Southeastern terminus of the Western and Atlantic Railroad.

The tour stops a moment at ground level between the a parking deck known as the International Deck and the Georgia Dome.
