The housing market, though rebounding in some areas, can still be a very confusing thing to navigate.
But prospective homebuyers looking at three Fulton cities can breathe a little easier.
Personal finance website WalletHub ranked 300 cities and determined that Roswell, Sandy Springs and Atlanta are some of the most attractive real estate markets in the nation.
Roswell, where a lakefront apartment community just sold to an investment firm for nearly $30 million, was ranked the highest of the three at 49.
Sandy Springs, where residents can now get permits for home improvement projects approved in a day, came in at 74.
Atlanta, where millenials just love to live, followed at 101.
WalletHub used a set of data that looked at 16 metrics, including everything from "median home-price appreciation" to "housing affordability" to "job growth."
