Typically, a so-called “ladies’ night out” doesn’t involve a room full of women casually consulting with physicians.

But Emory Johns Creek Hospital is looking to change that Feb. 23. It will host a free event where health screenings — including glucose, bone density, blood pressure and body mass index — will be offered to women.

There will also be door prizes, desserts and a panel discussion about women's health.

The event, located at 6325 Hospital Parkway, is from 6 to 8:30 p.m. Those planning to attend may RSVP here.
