3. Martin Luther King's son trades Malibu mansion for $1.8M Buckhead home. According to Curbed Atlanta, Dexter Scott King, son of Martin Luther King Jr. and Coretta Scott King, has closed on a $1.8 million home on Peachtree Battle Avenue in Buckhead. King, who has been on the West Coast since 2000, said last year that he and his wife want to spend more time in Atlanta. [Read more]
