A young man headed to a job interview got more than just some new clothes for the occasion: he got advice from several Target employees.
A customer at the Target store near Triangle Town Center snapped a picture of moment.
"I hear him peppering him with all this advice on interview skills and handshakes," customer Audrey Mark tells ABC News.
Target employee Cathy Scott says she noticed the teenager looking around and when she approached, he said he was looking for clip-on ties. They didn't have any, so she asked a co-worker for help.
"Cathy says, 'Can you tie a tie?' I said, 'Yes,'" said Dennis Roberts.
The team tied the tie for the young man, adjusted it and proceeded to give him advice on interviewing skills.
"We said, 'Make sure you look him in the eye.' I'm saying make sure you give him a firm handshake, and she showed him... he tucked his shirt in," said Dennis.
The boy left the store with the employees wishing him good luck.
"It touched your heart. It still does," said Cathy.
The team at Target went to the Chick-Fil-A where the teenager applied to see how the interview went. The manager says he'll let the boy know by the end of the week.
The photo has received over 45,000 likes on Facebook.
