DeKalb County deputies have arrested a teenager in a brazen January shootout at a Stone Mountain apartment complex that left a man dead and forced lockdowns at two schools.
Creon Merriweather, 19, of Avondale Estates is the third suspect charged with murder in the death of Antione Willingham, a 24 year old from Milledgeville killed at Highland Forest Apartments.
Merriweather is accused of shooting Willingham in the back, according to warrants released this week.
The shooting happened Jan. 13 around 11:30 a.m. at the complex near Stone Mountain High and Hambrick Elementary.
A 14 year old who was inside one of the apartments at 4719 Central Drive was also shot but survived.

Details on what led to the killing still haven't been released.
Witnesses told police they saw Willingham's car crash near the leasing office after hearing more than 20 gunshots, according to the incident report. He was found slumped over dead behind the wheel.
The report said one of the suspects had an AK rifle.
Merriweather, who was arrested last week, remains in the county jail without bond. Co-defendants Antariouse Caldwell, 22, and Martavis Mathis, 24, who were arrested quickly after the killing, also have no bond.
