Scott Hoffman hopes something can be done about a pot hole.
“A giant pot hole has been growing for months on the edge of a curve on River Road at Lake Hill Trail. This is heavily traveled by many vehicles and school buses. Can you see what can be done to repair it before there is a major accident?” he asked.

A reader wants to see what can be done about an ongoing problem.
“Can someone check the status of a metal street plate at the traffic light at Ansley Mall and the Wells Fargo bank on Monroe Drive? This plate has been there for a year and a half after water main trouble. It is right at a MARTA stop and nothing has been done about it,” said Tony Minella.
We sent the item to the city to see if it can be fixed.

Mark Trott wants to know the status of the busy LaVista Road and Frazier Road intersection.
“I’m sure you had a lot of comments about this intersection that was started over two years ago. I recall reading several months ago that this project would be completed by the end of July which is rapidly approaching . Unfortunately I don’t think the article said July 2015,” Trott wrote.
He said several issues need to be addressed including moving the car stopping line back on Frazier Road when it intersects LaVista Road so the cars turning left onto Frazier Road do not have to make such a sharp left turn and the cars turning right onto Frazier Road do not have to make such a sharp right turn.
We sent the item to DeKalb County and will keep you updated on the issue.
