Imagine you’re on the couch binge-watching that television show you’re embarrassed to tell anyone about.

You see something out of the corner of your eye. It’s a fly ball. The Braves just brought in a grand slam.

Welcome home.

The real estate group behind The Battery Atlanta released details Tuesday about its three planned apartment complexes, some of which will overlook SunTrust Park — your backyard if you lived there.

The Battery is the mixed-use haven where folks can do everything from catch a show at The Coca-Cola Roxy Theatre, grab a slice at Antico Pizza or head to work in some of the 700,000 square feet of retail and office space.

Pollack Shores explained that the three pet-friendly apartment communities named Residences, Parkside and Flats together will be called “Home at The Battery Atlanta.”

The Residences community is expected to open in April. Parkside will follow in May, and Flats is set to open in July.

Residences will have 81 apartments overlooking The Battery’s epicenter. Don’t forget about the rooftop bar, lounge, TV gallery and wrap-around balcony with views of SunTrust Park. That’ll cost between $1,855 and $3,830 per month.

Parkside will feature 211 homes on The Battery’s main street adjacent to SunTrust Park’s central plaza. These digs offer an “exclusive clubhouse with unmatched views of the ballpark,” Pollack Shores said.

There’s also a pool with an entertainment center featuring billiards and shuffleboard. Rents there will cost between $1,225 and $4,305 a month.

Flats include 239 homes in the shopping district of The Battery. Residents there will have access residents have access to a pool, clubhouse featuring an viewing bar, billiards, a gourmet kitchen, a fireplace and a cyber cafe. The monthly cost ranges from $1,355 to $3,030.

All communities have options for one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments. The Parkside and Residences complexes have three-bedroom options.

The homes have stainless steel appliances, open kitchens, quartz countertops, hardwood-style flooring and walk-in closets.

The one thing you can’t buy is good people living around you, and who wouldn’t want the Braves as their neighbors?
