Sugar Hill Mayor Steve Edwards will run unopposed for reelection Nov. 7 in the city’s municipal election. Two city council seats are also up for election. Incumbent Curtis Northrup will fill council post 4 unopposed. Mike Sullivan is vacating council post 5 as his term expires this year. Taylor Anderson and Joshua Mantz will run to fill this open city council seat.

Sugar Hills’ mayor and city council meet on the second Monday of each month at 7:30 p.m. in City Hall, 5039 West Broad St. Residents are invited to take an active role in the life of the city and its government.
