The Sugar Hill City Council has approved final phase plans for Primrose Creek subdivision located off Sycamore Road north of Highway 20. This phase includes 40 lots on 10.72 acres. When completed, the subdivision will total 286 homes on 108 acres, with 53.4 acres of open space.
The subdivision, developed by Fisher Homes, borders Richmond Creek and includes plans for storm water management and approved modifications to the 100-year floodplain. Plans also include maintenance, asphalt topping and sidewalk installation.
The subdivision already consists of tennis courts, pool, a playground, club house, and basketball court.
