The Stonecrest City Alliance, which is studying the possibility of cityhood in the southeastern part of DeKalb County, will host an informational meeting Tuesday.
The meeting runs from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Stonecrest Library, 2123 Klondike Road, near Lithonia.
