A Stone Mountain man died in a wreck early Monday on I-75 in Henry County.
The crash happened about 5:45 a.m. on I-75 southbound near I-675.
Henry County police Sgt. Joey Smith told the AJC in an e-mail Tuesday that a ford Mustang driven by 50-year-old Brian Dale Fulton ran off the road, killing Fulton.
“The preliminary investigation led investigators to determine that the driver may have had a medical issue that caused him to make contact with the guardrail and then travel off of the right side of the roadway,” Smith said.
An autopsy was scheduled for later Tuesday, he said.
Smith said that the incident is still under investigation, and asked that anyone with information on the accident call investigators at 770-288-8200.
