South Cobb meeting set for tax discussion

Cobb Commission Chairman Tim Lee takes his plan for a millage rate increase to south Cobb on Wednesday for a town hall meeting with area residents.

The meeting is hosted by state Rep. Alisha Thomas Morgan and area organizations. Lee’s proposal to raise the millage rate is so that “we can keep our services” like keeping recreation centers open and full staffing of police officer, Morgan’s press release says.
