Smyrna to spend $2.1 million for intersection improvement

The Smyrna City Council voted recently to pay around $2.1 million to improve the intersection at Windy Hill and Atlanta Roads. Vertical Earth Inc. was the low bidder. Funding will come from the special purpose local option sales tax.
