Smyrna approves 48 townhomes

The Smyrna City Council approved 7-0 Monday rezoning for 48 townhomes on nearly four acres at Woodland Terrace and Bell Drive.
The Woodberry Group will develop Pod A and Traton Homes will develop Pod B, attorney Garvis Sams said on behalf of the applicants. Price points will be $360,000 to $450,000 “and maybe more with upgrades,” Sams added.
