A vacant steel structure now should be completed due to Monday’s 7-0 vote of the Smyrna City Council.
The 22,661 square-foot building at 1155 Concord Road will be built for $1.4 million for an office building to be called Smyrna Heights Pavilion by Peacock Builders for Peacock Partnership.
“This is the steel structure that everybody always asks about,” Mayor Max Bacon said.
This property had belonged to the city before its sale.
