Six Flags Over Georgia announced plans Monday to offer free admission to military personnel later this month.

On the park's "Military Appreciation Days," different branches of the service will be admitted free on four upcoming weekend dates.

This Saturday, the park will give free admission to members of the Air Force, as well as up to two dependents. Additional passes can be purchased by the servicemen and women for half price.

On Sunday, free admission will be offered to members of the Navy and Coast Guard and their dependents.

Sept. 26 will be the Army's turn to get into the park west of Atlanta for free, while Marines will be admitted free on Sept. 27.

"To receive complimentary admission, actives and reservists can simply present their current military identification at any of the ticket booths on their branch's specific day," said Kendall Kelton, a spokesman for the park.
