2 shot, injured at Cobb County hotel

Cobb County police were investigating a multiple shooting Tuesday, where at least two people were injured shortly after 8 p.m. at a hotel on Windy Ridge Parkway in Atlanta.
Sgt. Dana Pierce, a spokesman for Cobb County police, said two people were injured at a DoubleTree hotel at 2780 Windy Ridge Parkway.
A woman was shot in the arm and a man was shot in the side, Pierce said. Both victims were taken to a hospital.
The “possibly multiple suspects” sought fled in a blue Toyota Camry, Pierce said.
