Services held for Augusta cyclist

Feb 13, 2011The Augusta Chronicle reports funeral services were held Saturday for Dr. Matthew Burke, a Fort Gordon surgeon struck by a motorist while cycling along a roadway in South Carolina.
He died Feb. 6 of injuries from the Oct. 1 collision.
SUV driver Daniel Johnson, 41, has been charged with reckless homicide, Trooper Judd Jones told the AJC last week.
