The Braselton Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to evaluate a proposed self-storage facility at 7 p.m. Oct. 28 at the Braselton Police and Municipal Court Building, 5040 State Route 53 in Braselton.

The proposed climate controlled self-storage building would be located on 2.038 acres at 7352 Friendship Springs Blvd., adjacent to the recently completed Life Storage. The property is part of a commercial outparcel at the Publix shopping center. Despite a Flowery Branch address, this property falls within Braselton’s town limits.

If recommended for approval, Braselton’s mayor and town council will hold a public hearing on the conditional use permit at 4 p.m. Nov. 7, 2019 at the same location.
