New hotel renderings have been released for Canopy by Hilton Atlanta Midtown, which broke ground last year.

The 15-story hotel will have 176 guest rooms and four suites, a press release said. It’s located at 1414 West Peachtree St., and is scheduled to open in October.

The hotel is part of the Ascent Midtown apartment homes development and is partially-owned and operated by Concord Hospitality, developed by Greystar and Whitman Peterson and designed by R2L:Architects. Interior designers Krause Sawyer and commissioned Atlantan local artists, including Kevin Chambers, Ryan Coleman and Emily Mann, will be showcased in the project.
