Norcross city leaders will hold the second public meeting to discuss a proposed tax allocation district at 7 p.m. April 6 at City Hall, 65 Lawrenceville St. The City Center East TAD would work toward redevelopment of the area around Lillian Webb Park within the historic district.
The proposed TAD covers approximately 28 acres and 38 parcels south of the historic district . Existing taxpayers would not be affected, with only future real estate taxes within the TAD collected and allocated to the TAD area. Information: www.norcrossga.net.
