A new PBS program examining demographics in America will be screened Monday 9/17 at the Clarkston Community Center.

The “America By The Numbers” show that features the small DeKalb County city will be on television Friday. It examines the change of Clarkston from 90 percent white into a majority-minority community of refugees from more than 40 countries.

The event begins with a reception at 6 p.m. and screening at 7 p.m. Monday at the Clarkston Community Center, 3701 College Ave. It is free and open to the public.
