Sandy Springs has set a public information open house on proposed intersection work at Riverview Road and Northside Drive, on the west side of the city.
The meeting is scheduled for 5:30 to 7 p.m. Feb. 1 in the STEM Building at Holy Innocents’ Episcopal School, 805 Mount Vernon Highway.
Residents will be able to view concept plans and provide input on designs that realign the intersection and make other improvements. No formal presentation is planned, but city representatives will be on hand to discuss the plans and answer questions.
The project is on the list of those to be funded by the Transportation Special Purpose Local Option Sales Tax approved by voters in November 2016.
