A Roswell man was arrested for sexual assaults in two northside cities.
Milton Police began investigating after a teenage female reported that a man inappropriately touched her as she jogged in the 13000 block of Deerfield Parkway on Feb. 13. After following several leads, detectives took 24-year-old Edgar Ulysses Mancilla into custody on Wednesday. Reportedly he confessed to the Milton assault and a similar offense in Alpharetta.
Police said Mancilla is being charged with two counts of sexual battery.
