Roswell’s parks department is inviting residents to suggest new names for Don White Park and the Arts Center on Fouts.

Residents can take an online survey posted by the Roswell Recreation, Parks, Historic and Cultural Affairs Department. Responses will be taken until Oct. 15. They will be forwarded to the Roswell Recreation Commission, which will make a formal recommendation to the mayor and City Council.

Don White Park, on Riverside Road next to Don White Memorial Park, is along the Chattahoochee River and has a portion of the Roswell River Walk, two sand volleyball courts, outdoor exercise equipment and a boat launch. The Arts Center, at 9100 Fouts Road, is next to East Roswell Park and home to the Roswell Fine Arts Alliance and programs including clay and cuisine classes.
