Roswell invites real estate brokers and property managers to a breakfast and workshop Friday, Jan. 18, to learn about the city’s ordinances and resources affecting residential properties.

The event is scheduled for 9 to 11:30 a.m. in Room 220 at Roswell City Hall, 38 Hill St. The city’s Environmental/Public Works and Community Development Departments will host the meeting, and a continental breakfast will be served.

Topics include when permitting is required from the Community Development Department; ordinances that real estate brokers, managers and potential buyers should be aware of; how to set up city services and billings and the extent of services; and resources and beneficial programs available to homeowners.
