DeKalb County motorists should take extra precaution this weekend when traveling through certain parts of the county.
Mell Avenue, between Church Street and East Ponce De Leon Avenue, is currently closed to through traffic through 9 p.m. on Saturday. Construction crews are on hand to replace CSX railroad tracks and cross ties.
Road closure signs will be posted in the area advising motorists of construction work and traffic restrictions.
