Powder Springs Quads receives OK

A plan to develop Powder Springs Quads has been approved by the Powder Springs City Council.

Founded in 2010, Paran Homes will build 116 two-story units on nearly 33 acres at 3700 Powder Springs Road.

This address is the only point of entrance and exit and is west of its intersection with Hopkins Road.

The units will be single-family townhouses for active adults.

Of that “mainly raw” land, three acres will be set aside as a recreation area.

Square footage per unit will range from 1722 to 1801.
