The Powder Springs City Council voted 5-0 Monday to buy four new police vehicles for $107,692 and 25 Tasers for $25,495.

The city’s police department has eight tasers, but now every officer will have their own Taser, Police Chief John Robison said.

The cost for the vehicles also includes equipping them with computers and radios.
