Powder Springs mayor announces re-election bid

Powder Springs Mayor Patricia Vaughn announced late Friday her intention to seek re-election to her fourth term of four years.

She served on the Powder Springs City Council from 1995 until 2003 when she resigned to run for mayor.

Vaughn is the owner and president of Neighborhood Management Services Inc., providing management services to neighborhood associations.
