Powder Springs accepting deer hunter applications

Powder Springs is accepting applications for archery hunting of white-tailed deer until Aug. 21.
To enter the lottery drawing for a permit, applications may be downloaded at CityOfPowderSprings.org.
The hunting season will begin Sept. 9 and end Jan. 31.
