- Acworth - July 4th concert and fireworks moved to July 19. www.acworth.org/
- Six Flags Over Georgia in Austell. Thrilling rides and attractions, fun games and fireworks show. Postponed until July 6. Fireworks begin at 9:30 p.m.
- Covington - Independence Day celebration moved to July 6. www.downtowncovington.org
- Cartersville - The fireworks show on Lake Allatoona has been canceled. Rain check dates are July 20 or July 26.
- Calhoun - The Star Spangled Celebration has been postponed until Sept. 7. www.northwestgeorgiaregionalfair.com
- Canton - The July 4th fireworks display has been canceled. A new date will be announced within the next week.
- Carrollton People's Parade. The parade begins at Dairy Queen on US Hwy 27 South. It has been rescheduled for July 13. www.visitcarrollton.com.
- Chamblee Fourth of July Celebration. 5 p.m. Rescheduled for July 7. Free. Keswick Park, 3496 Keswick Drive, Chamblee. 770-986-5016, www.chambleega.com.
- Dahlonega - Festivities have been rescheduled due to inclement weather! Celebrate Independence Day in Dahlonega, Georiga on Saturday, July 6th. Please note that the Firecracker 5k/10k and Fun Run will still take place on Thursday, July 4th. www.dahlonega.org
- Decatur - Independence Day events have been postponed until Sept. 28 with a Pied Piper Parade, Concert on the Square and fireworks. www.decaturga.com
- Douglasville - July 4th parade has been canceled. The fireworks show will be rescheduled for Labor Day. www.ci.douglasville.ga.us
- Duluth - Duluth Celebrates America has been rescheduled for Sept. 14, following the Dulth Fall Festival concert. 770-476-3434, www.duluth-ga.com
- East Point - The July 4th Hometown Celebration has been rescheduled for July 6, 5-11 p.m. The fireworks display starts at 9:30 p.m. www.downtowneastpoint.com.
- Ellijay - Celebration scheduled for July 4th from 3-10 p.m. has been re-scheduled for Saturday, July 6th due to the impending inclement weather. facebook.com/theellijays
- Fulton County - Wolf Creek Amphitheater presents the RED, WHITE & BOOM Concert and Fireworks Show. Fireworks canceled, concert still on.
- Hall County - Fourth of July Fireworks at Laurel Park has been rescheduled for Sept. 2, 9 a.m. 3100 Old Cleveland Highway, Gainesville.
- Thursday Thunder and Fireworks at AMS in Hampton. Event postponed until July 25 Atlanta Motor Speedway, 1500 N. U.S. 41, Hampton. 770-946-4211, www.atlantamotorspeedway.com.
- Heard County - Chattahoochee Independence Day in Franklin has been rescheduled for July 6. www.heardchamber.com
- Helen - Fireworks planned for Thursday to kick off Helen's centennial celebration has been rescheduled for Saturday, Aug. 17.
- Henry County Fourth of July Fireworks Extravaganza. This event has been cancelled. A future date will be announced. www.henrycountybattlefield.com.
- Hiram - The Red, White and Boom event scheduled for July 5 has been postponed to a date yet to be determined.
- Jackson - The fireworks show has been postponed until July 7.
- Kennesaw's Salute to America. July 3 Fireworks have been postponed due to weather. No new date has been set. www.kennesawjuly3.com.
- Lawrenceville - The July 4 Prelude has been canceled. www.visitlawrenceville.com
- Lilburn - Sparkle in the Park fireworks has been rescheduled for Sept. 1. www.cityoflilburn.com
- Marietta Freedom Parade and Fourth in the Park. This event has been canceled. The city is working on rescheduling the event. www.mariettaga.gov.
- Milton - The July 4 parade has been cancelled. It will not be rescheduled.
- Mountain Park - The City of Mountain Park has rescheduled its fireworks display for Saturday, July 6th.
- Newnan - The Newnan Rotary Club's Independence Day fireworks show has been rescheduled for 6 p.m. July 13. www.ci.newnan.ga.us
- Oxford Parade - The parade has been canceled due to weather concerns and will not be rescheduled.
- Paulding County IndepenDance at the Polebarn - The fireworks scheduled for July 6 at the Taylor Farm Park will be rescheduled.
- Peachtree City - The parade begins at 9 a.m. July 4 on Peachtree Parkway South. View the parade route map online at http://maps.peachtree-city.org/ This event has been rescheduled for Labor Day Weekend.
- Star Spangled Snellville. Due to predictions of inclement weather, the activities scheduled for July 4th have been postponed until Saturday, August 31st. www.snellvillepride.com/
- Sugar Hill - July 3rd Sparks in the Park Fireworks have been cancelled. The event is rescheduled for Saturday Aug. 3. www.cityofsugarhill.com
- Villa Rica - July 3rd Fireworks have been rescheduled for Aug. 30 due to weather. www.villarica.org
- Woodstock's Festival in the Park. The Main Street parade has been canceled. The fireworks show has been rescheduled for Sept. 2. Other events continue: Freedom Run begins at at 7:30 a.m. July 4; Festival in the Park from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Registration $30 for race, other events free.
